If you are interested in making changes to the exterior of your home, whether painting, roof replacement, adding solar panels, or exterior house or landscaping renovation, please discuss your plan with any impacted neighbors, complete the appropriate form below (with neighbor signatures if applicable) before any work has begun and email it for approval to the Architectural Chairperson, Janet Deutsch, at [email protected]. The approval process is normally quick but can take up to 30 days.
