Briar Ridge HOA dues help maintain our shared spaces and cover essential services that keep our neighborhood running smoothly, including trash and recycling pickup. By far, the largest portion of the budget goes toward watering and maintaining the greenbelt, which is a defining feature of our community.

Specifically, HOA dues cover the following:

In the common areas, dues fund water usage, mowing and trimming, turf care, irrigation system maintenance, tree care, and insurance.

For homeowners, dues include trash and recycling services, as well as the HOA website and community communications.

Beginning January 1, 2026, monthly dues will increase from $163 to $176. Even with this increase, Briar Ridge dues remain low compared to many other HOA communities. A key reason for this is the generosity of neighbors who volunteer their time to assist with light maintenance, such as spot weed control, light pruning, and storm-damage cleanup. We are grateful for these contributions and thank our neighborhood volunteers for helping keep costs down for everyone.

For 2026, dues may be paid monthly ($176), quarterly ($528), or annually ($2,112). Payments are due by the 10th of the month, or by the 10th of the month that begins the payment cycle you are covering.

Dues may be paid by check or through your bank’s online bill-pay service. Checks should be made payable to Briar Ridge HOA and mailed to:

If paying electronically through your bank’s bill-pay service, please note that the HOA does not accept direct electronic deposits. Your bank will mail a check on your behalf. When setting up bill pay:

• Choose a monthly, quarterly, or annual payment schedule
• Use Traude Mayr’s PO Box address as the payee address
• Use your street address as the account number

Please allow 5–7 days for payment delivery. Scheduling payment for the 3rd of the month helps ensure it arrives on time.
