  • The Covenants - a copy of the original filing with the Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder.  
  • The original Bylaws, and some amendments to the original covenants, as amended in 1984.
  • Eight new Bylaws which were adopted by the Board in 2006, as a requirement of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA).
